i have two diffrent kinds of them pills, get the 1's that say "lose 5 lb's in 3 days" they really work. . BUT YOU HAVE to eat the things it tells u to. . i know u kinda dont like to eat... but its really healthy things, and it really works :) try it n tell me when happens :)

There are many horrible pills but there are a few that are good. I'm trying out one called NV. It's slow but it does what it says. :) Its the one that helps hair and nails grow while lossing the weight. I lost ten pounds in a month as well as my hair and nails look great. My hair grew four inches and my nails have grown a cm. I usually check out reviews on stuff before buying. There are pills that do change chemicals of the body too fast thus that crappy feeling.

they work as long as you eat well and do some form of activity a few times a week. I mean, they aren't a miracle but the best i've tried. I use a bleach called kaelidacolors, it's violet. I made a video called Hair Bleaching Tutorial by xsullengirlx that shows what hair products I use. Check it out :)
