Too Short was not overrated Fiddy, Kenya West, Soljua boy now THAT is overrated. This man can flow like the Mississippi River. I bought his first TAPE yes I am old but I know what is good and what is not.
There are few rappers that stand as tall as Too Short. N.W.A. Public Enemy and Ice T to mention a few. If anything I think he is underrated.
