We spent 2 hours using latex, and other materials to make it look like my stomach was cut open, just to see what Vecca could achieve and what it could look like in a film, from certain angles it looks great, just it doesn't from other angles, the digital still photos taken of it looks far better than what is seen on this video

This can be done much faster, easier, and cheaper using a strap on rig like the one seen in PREDATOR when Jesse Ventura is killed. use home-made play-do for the skin.

In total with buying all the materials it cost us about
£20, but bear in mind that we only used a little bit of latex from the bottle, so we can use that for other effects

Me and Widan used corn syrup because when its used with the right food coloring it looks the same as blood! and is cheaper to buy and goes a long way. corn syrups not really sold in the UK but if you can get your hands on some give it a go!
