I think it is schala-just look at the hair The ending theme was portraying schala who is now in the present time(in the real world) this girl like she lives forever and still she waits for serge for them to meet each other as what she said in her last letter for him... another place, another time, another story..... Hope there is a sequel on this game

there was a fan fiction made---chrono revolution a remake to chrono trigger but unfotunately it was banned by SE bcoz of copyright. SE was actually planning on this comeback but the major casts of chrono cross makers(whatever it is called)---
they can't form them back to make another chrono... like maybe of their talent fees, the don't feel like doing it anymore or it is not yet the right time since SE are too busy with the FF13 trilogy

yeah, when I finished this game and I saw her holding that necklace I thinked " wow, she have Kid's necklace, maybe she could be her, but I need to be sure." So I started to search if she was Kid or Schala.

schala and kid bcame one, they reunited, you can tell in the last letter, when the perspective keeps switching from kid's writing to schala's writing. schala created kid to get serge to free her. and when he did, they reunited as one. and restored time.

that's not that linear though. Imagine you have a clone, it's not proper to say you are both the same person, altough the genes are the same. In the End the schalla that was fused with time devourer was not the kid you spent you adventure with. So, which schalla/kid are we seing? The one in time devourer, or the one stabbed?
