@ Jiggahata1, If you're having a hard time maintaining good form, try doing the squats using a chair. Choose a solid chair with no arm rests. Begin the squat from the seated position, sitting on the edge of the chair. Keep your back straight and head up as you push yourself to the standing position. Hope this helps and keep at it. It won't be long before you can do these with ease. Curtis
