| i promise you it is. he went into there practice with a video camera and would tape them playing songs. then he would learn the songs and take them out to california and record them as his own. this was the early 90's so it was very hard for the bands to prove that he stole them. some of them are still trying to file a class action against him. so kris roe made it to the top but he did it by killing alot of local bands. i used to love the ataris until i found all this shit out about them. |

| lol, of course i have listened/own all their cd's including an EP i know you dont own. believe me i was a fan. the EP has several of their most popular songs on it including Teenage Riot, San Dimas, and Hey Kid...it was released several years before any of these songs appeared on their later albums. as far as flipping burgers goes, i dont. and i also love what i do. and good for kris. on his last two albums he has written all the material. (no comment on the quality of said albums) |

| Maybe I'm just confused But why is everyone saying kris is in the background? Surely the guy who looks like kris, sings like kris and plays guitar as kris does is in the foreground. I know he's a lefty. The video has been flipped left-right for some reason. At least, that's my take on it. Some of you guys seem pretty certain that the guy who doesn't look and sound like kris is kris .. so I may be wrong. |

| well my friend knew kris in high school and said he was a total metal head one week then he just decided to start liking punk and cut his ass length hair the next. and my friend definently wasnt one of kris's friends...also for the record my friend has his own band now and they are pretty fucking big. you can buy their cd's at best buy just to give you an idea... |
