| Yes.. I do agree with 88davey....Never NEVER BOUNCE a stretch that was done I believe in the 80's but research has shown that is bad. Also you should hold a stretch for 20 seconds ; you did get right about the hips being squared and you must never have you knee past your feet or ankle that is bad too. |
