| I'm a teacher. I feel like doing that at least 3 times a week. But you can yell at a class and scare them to death without cursing, which does take some self-control. Any public school teacher would understand what that poor guy was going through. As for the class, they undoubtedly hear worse from their friends, and at home! |

| In fact, I hear so much yelling from teachers in schools that I wonder how much of it is their personal problems at home. I try to cut way down on raising my voice. Yes, it's a temptation, and yes, kids are... kids. They don't all want to be there, and many are on the way to becoming losers. Many will change later. Not all teachers yell. There are reward systems that can help, and other threats, as calling in parents, giving extra work, principal's office, etc. But cursing? Never! |
