and we all know how badass nel was, aside from almost killing ichigo with a hug of death, but putting that aside. i have a theory, only a couple of those three espada will die and once aizen is killed the remaining arrancar are set free, because they have noone to bow to anymore, seeing as old man yama ain't that cruel

They both never had "shinigami" powers. His dad had them. Rukia gave hers to Ichigo, and then he lost them to Byakuga, then regained them when he went under hollowfication with kisuke urahaha. The correct statement is: Like father and son the both have huge levels of reiatsu

Yeah, he's not skilled at learning Zangetsu yet. If he fully masters his sword plus has other attributes like kidou, I bet he can defeat Aizen easily. Like urahara said, ichigo is a frightening child ;D

I can't tell the symbol. Each captain has a symbol in the middle that is the japanese symbol for a number. But due to the folds placed, we can't see which number there is.

as far i know he was sealed under the soukyoko the day he atacked Soul Society on his own and remember this that no one was strong enough to defeat him so they did set a trap coz he was simply too much to handle prolly he will be the next vilian after aizen

Ichigo always had Shinigami powers. He was able to see spirits and Rukia even before she gave him her powers.
