she's speaking slowly so its easier for beginners...italian is definitely not spoken slowly amongst natives.

My Mom's the same way. She hasn't lived in Italy from 30 or so years. She used to speak Italian with no accent but now her accent is slightly American.

"Saluti dall'italia" is "Greetings from Italy"
If you want to say "Greetings to Italy" you have to say "Saluti al Italia"...or not? Quite not sure...any native speaker here? i'm only half native:)

Saluti all'Italia...It would be saluti alla italia (singulare female name) but we use to cut the letter A because of the meeting of the 2 vocal letters ALLA ITALIA doesn't sound good, all'italia is much much better :D
