| Annihilator is thrash, i think. You could say Slayer is Speed Metal, but its Thrash, same with bands like Kreator, or Annihilator. They are fast(mabye even faster than Speed Metal) but its thrash, because of the blast beats that inspired Death metal, and their singing style. |

| Stuff like Dokken. I don't know much Speed Metal bands but im pretty sure Dokken is Speed Metal. Im thinking of stuff like Metal Meltdown or Freewheel Burning by Judas Priest. Screaming for vengeance too i guess. Stuff that is considered Heavy Metal but in a Sped Up version. |

| Did you check out Dokken before saying they're German? Fucking George Lynch man, intense guitarist. I personnally think Power Metal is on its own dimension with Unicorns Dragons and knights. I love it though. But power metal isnt necessarely fast. Think of Helloween. It's just a complete different sound. |

| No i didnt but Power Metal is faster than Heavy Metal. No i did not look up Dokken before looking them up, but they sounded german. Power Metal is awesome! Dragons and dungons, and jesus love. I think black metal is just like power metal subjects except with viking stories and jesus hate! I am into the extreme genres of metal, you know like Death, Black, and of course Thrash metal, but i hate grindcore. It sounds like shit, every song is the same damn thing, except for Napalm Death of course |
