i think it was more of the fact that she failed drug tests and didn't even bother showing up for most of them, and the fact that there is video evidence showing her running at least TWO stop signs with her kids in the car. there is a difference between going out every once in a while, to going out every night. when you are a parent you do have responsibilities.

Not a Brit fan, but I feel that Brit losing her kids is the best thing for her. Maybe now she will make a REAL effort to get her life back on track to get the kids back cuz the kids deserve to have her at her best, not drunk doing stupid stuff. Still, I hope she straightens up her life. Keepin my fingers crossed for you Brit!
