It shows their relationship and how they got where they are now in S4, how they realized trough their other romances that they still had feelings for each other.. I included Jake en Brooke, because their relationships with Peyton en Lucas had a huge impact on who they are..
i couldn't find much clips of Peyton and Jake, so it just shows 2 make out sessions..

Peyton, there are always some matters between us but they soul are connected and it seems to be true love so to my mind whatever happened, at the end they should be together!(sorry for my english...)
